Location and friendly staff. Nice room.
coffee and tea at breakfast were not tepid.
Fantastic location just steps from the beach. The hotel was immaculate and the staff were impeccable. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast staff were lovely and very efficient. The hotel has a colonial feel and was immaculately kept.We will definitely come back.
Our room was small but we had a huge terrace onto the courtyard. Apparently Booked.net are allocated the smaller rooms. We had problems with our much needed air condiotioning but the panels were being updated whilst we were there.Poor cupboard/drawer space.Carpet made rooms even hotter. The towels were very small.....................I Didn't particularly like having to sunbathe in rows on the terrace and too many towels were left on beds that were not touched all day.How do you stop non residents using the terrace?? Cappucino far too expensive.....
Friendly, helpful welcome and service. Fresh , clean decor. Good value.
Room a bit on the small side, but see comment on value.
The position is beautiful ,we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the hotel was clean and staff very helpful at all times day and night..We liked very much the link with the Cappuccino bar.We will be coming back
staff very helpful, breakfast fantastic, rooms and hotel areas very clean. Air conditioning great, fridges in room. Location amazing.
We chose the hotel because of the excellent location.the rooms are basic but adequate.the price was good value for money 88euros per room including breakfast.
We felt the only problem was the shortage of staff to take breakfast orders of tea coffee and cooked breakfast.the two girls on duty were overworked and one could see guests were annoyed ,including ourselves,as the girls were often unable to serve people in the order in which they arrived on the terrace.
The hotel was fine but we were surprised to find that the entire catering operation had been hived off to the Capuccino chain of bars/restaurants. Be warned! Their prices are exorbitant so don't use them any more than you have to, e.g. for breakfast. I fear that this will give the hotel a bad reputation - which it doesn't deserve.
The hiving off of all catering to the Capuccino chain.
Very efficient and friendly staff in a beautiful location by the pine walk .
Excellent value for money. Beautiful location and very efficient but kind, friendly staff. Rooms simple but spotlessly clean and spacious enough for short stay. Public spaces (inside and out) traditional and charming We were really impressed, especially as it is only 3-star and not expensive.
The hotel is very well situated, next to the beach and harbour, and has excellent views of the seascape.
The walls between rooms were paper thin and one can clearly hear people speaking in adjoining rooms. This is a major problem as there is little privacy.
Small, charming, traditional hotel where staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Location is superb. Breakfast choice was very good as was the unlimited freshly squeezed orange juice. It may not have all the facilities of a large multi national hotel but we found it very relaxing and perfect for couples.
The one major setback of our stay was the noise from the street below. Our room was located at the back and between late night revellers, refuse collections, deliveries to the hotel and early morning traffic we really got very little undisturbed sleep. Not a lot the hotel can do. We would love to go back but only if we got a front (sea) facing room. Previous guests have commented on the Cappaccino Restaurant being very expensive. We can confirm this, especially comparing it with similar setups. However as there is such a wide choice of eating establishments all within easy walking distance, then this is not an issue
Alamost everything. Location. Hotel design. Friendliness of staff.
Nothing. Except perhaps they could spray the rooms against mosquitos. Unfortunately they like me.
Location was first class - smack on the Pinewalk and on the beach. Service was great too. We told them we would be arriving at 10am and they offered us use of the luggage room pre-checking in. But when we turned up - 2.5 hours before the start of check-in - our room was ready and we were given access. Staff were efficient but friendly and very helpful. That makes a difference. Also used the cocktail bar, which was very good!
Nothing. Only comment was that the luggage room we were supposed to use was not secure, with a disclaimer on the wall about leaving luggage, which might have made us think twice as there were two unlocked access doors.
Friendly, standard hotel in excellant location
Lack of outside seating due to the ground floor being owned by a big cafe chain.
Beach front location with private terrace onto the beach. Traditional Mallorcan hotel, not suffering from 'big chain' tat. No pool so better for those without children. Excellent breakfast on the prom facing terrace. Staff are wonderfully helpful! (Thanks Antonia).
Meals (except breakfast) are franchised to 'Cappuchino', a cafe chain. It's very expensive. However, plenty of choice within the area.
